Complete volume control in your menu bar!

Working in video and podcasting, I find SoundSource to be nothing more than a necessity. It was just updated to make it even more useful. It is now possible to adjust the volume control right in the SoundSource menu. What is great is that you get separate volume control over Inputs, Outputs and System Sound. Unfortunately, the new volume sliders only work in Leopard. You can download the new version of SoundSource here from MacUpdate.

I like PTHVolume (free) - a very similar product.
